Refund policy

At Arab Buy, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a return. Once your return is approved and the item is inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Arab Buy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
